The lotus flower is an expression of a journey from dark, muddy water rising upwards on a single stem towards the light to blossom and flourish.  The petals in the lotus flower represent my hands which I use to deliver all of my therapies.  Each one of us has potential to heal and rise like the lotus flower! 

In colour psychology purple and lavender express imagination, spirituality, harmony and being grounded while orange channels warmth, vibrancy, optimism and energy and is simply one of my favourite colours!
